Approved by the shareholding system experimental coordinated group of Zhejiang province, Shangyu Heat and Power Co., Ltd was established in July of 1993, it is the first standardized trial enterprise adopting the shareholding system in Shangyu city and one of ten major key projects during the Eighth Five-year Plan of city government of Shangyu. With registered capital of 29 millions Yuan, the company owns total assets of 236million Yuan now. With the installed capacity of 36MW, the company is equipped with three sets of 65t/h middle temperature & middle pressure coal-throwing roller chain stove, one set of 75T/h circulation fluidized bed boiler, two sets of 15MW extraction condensing turbo-generator and set of 6MW turbo-generator.
Shangyu Heat and Power Co., Ltd is the only enterprise that adopt the technology of combined heat & power with largest scale in economic development zone, at present, the company has already built a heating network pipeline wit length more than 20 kilometers, which help achieve combined heat & power and district heating in the range of several kilometers, the company has not only solved the difficult problem of energy wasting and environmental pollution effectively, but also help build a good investment environment for the economic development zone of Shangyu city and make a great contribution to the environmental protection in Shangyu city.
