Zhejiang Lan Xing Printing & Dyeing Co. Ltd. is situated in Shang Yu Economic Development Zone in Shaoxing, a city of Zhejiang province in the Yangtze River Delta near the Yellow Sea, adjacent to Ningbo to the east and Hangzhou to the west, and in the middle part of Hang-Yong Expressway. 70 Km from Hangzhou and Ningbo, 30 Km from Chinas Textile City, it enjoys wonderful transportation and ideal location.
Zhejiang Lan Xing Printing & Dyeing Co. Ltd. was founded with a total investment of 14 million US Dollars by making full use of the rich public facilities and logistic services including water supply, electricity supply and gas supply of its subsidiary Shang Yu Thermo-electricity Co. Ltd., and cooperates with Chuang Xing International Co. Ltd. The plant covers an area of 148,000 m2 and the total construction area is 85,000 m2. Our key equipment was imported from technology-advanced countries and other is the first-class in China. Besides, we employed a lot of professionals with rich experience and solid theory. Now we have 680 employees, among whom 156 have had college education.

According to different producing techniques, we established three subsidiaries: Overflow Dyeing Plant, Coating Plant, and Pad Dyeing Plant.
Our major products include poplin, gauze, grey fabrics, T/C, hemp series.

Brief Introduction to Overflow Dyeing Plant
The plant adopts liner overflow production line. Annually it dyes and prints 15,000 tons of cloth and produces 36 million meters of woven cloth. We process various fabrics within width of 2.8 meters, including polyester and blended fabrics. We imported Li Gen from Taiwan and Mei Guang from South Korea, Hong Qi automatic halving machine from Taiwan. At the same time, we are equipped with both Taiwans Ya Ji and domestic cloth-feeding and cloth-vomiting high-temperature high-pressure dyeing machines, normal-temperature normal-pressure dyeing machines, alkali reducing machines, centrifugal water-riding machines, automatic halving machines, pre-shrinking machines, wool blanket pre-shrinking and setting machines, pre-shrinking fluff drying machines, round barrel drying machines and domestic sizing machines. In order to guarantee product quality, we strictly conform to ISO9001 system and operate according to the given rules from modeling, making formula, weighting ingredients, dyeing to checking products with samples. The indexes of all the dyeing are inspected by temperature automatically controlled computers. And we keep production records for quality tracing.
Through this production technique we manage to make products with ideal shrinkage rate, fine feeling and wide potential for usage.
Brief Introduction to Coating Plant
Our after-coating finishing line boasts an annual capacity of coating 36 million meters of cloth. We can process various kinds of woven polyester and blended fabrics. We process on dyed cloth. According to the demands of the clients, we coat PA, PU, PVC, AC and other oil or water-like glue on the surface of the cloth, so as to endow the fabrics with functions of being water-tight, cracking-resisting, air-penetrating, and burning-resisting. They are widely used to make umbrellas, tents, sleeping bags, handbags, bags, curtains, vehicle shelters, raincoats, wind-coats, snow-coats, garments, fashion clothes, garments, duck hair clothes, sportswear and leisure clothes so as to increase their added value.
The major equipment (coating machines) are two-section coating tenter frame made by Taiwan Shang Xing Steelmill Co. Ltd. while the auxiliary equipment includes calendars, inspecting & rolling machines, and overlock machines. To guarantee quality we are equipped with high-water-voltage enduring testing machines made by Gao Tie Company and other instruments.
Brief Introduction to Pad Dyeing Plant
We have flat two dyeing production lines with annual capacity of 40 million meters. We imported two Kuster even from Germany, one Mezzara jigger from Italy, one sueding machine from Taiwan, and other machines are made in China Mainland such as singeing machines, boiling machines, chlorine-bleaching machines, oxygen-bleaching machines, consecutive pad-dyeing machines, drying machines, tenter frame, calendars, pre-shrinking machines as well as inspecting workshops and packaging workshops.
